I hope this reflects my appreciation….I feel Pat that you were generous when I put my first questions out to you.  Detailed and open, I realized there were no pressures just support and good advice. I most appreciated your quick and timely responses when I made it clear I was going on “purchase mode” You coming to my work place to pick up documents was truly excellent.  I felt heard and most of all facilitated.

My husband and I recently decided to refinance our mortgage – our renewal was coming up and we wanted to take a look at what we were doing and explore what options were out there to make our financial life a little better.
